Yoga Nidra Meditation with Essential Oils
with Denise Stottmann & Laura Johnson

This month’s Yoga Nidra will include an essential oil blend to enhance our intention (led by Laura) which we will use for the meditation (led by Denise). This essential oil blend will be available as an optional ‘make and take’ at the end of the meditation for an additional $10 at the studio.

Yoga Nidra is an ancient meditation technique and a key to initiating shifts in conscious sleep states where change happens outside of doing. In this highly regenerative meditative state you can restore and rejuvenate your body, heal and recover from illness, and re-wire your brain for greater mental and emotional balance and resiliency.

Suitable for ALL levels. After we mix our essential oil blend, we will begin with a few very simple stretching exercises to become aware of our physical bodies before we become comfortable (using props as needed) in a supine position for the guided meditation.
