Directions / Parking

Get DIRECTIONS here.There is a paved parking lot directly behind the studio and you are welcome to park on both sides.  There is also usually parallel parking available on Eastern Parkway or Bardstown Road depending on the time of class

How much does a session cost?

Our standard rates are listed on the website under Class Descriptions. We do offer discounts and specials on occasion via our mailing list and Facebook page

How often should I practice Yoga?

While, the number of sessions is always your choice, your teacher can make recommendations and work with you to come up with a plan that best meets your needs and budget
