Join Andree Mondor Nia is a whole body fitness class that incorporates dance, martial and healing arts based on 52 simple moves. The class is non-impact and performed barefoot and adaptable to individual needs and abilities. Through Nia, participants find health, ease and body awareness.  Participants are invited to pay attention to body sensations and tweak movements in their bodies to bring pleasure and joy.
