Refund policy

There are no refunds, credits, or extensions on class card purchases, workshops, special events, or trainings.

*Card to be held on file. No pro-rate, refund or credit for partial months (except for your first month), missed classes, vacations, or illness. To enroll in auto debit: You may enroll at any time and there is a 6 month commitment. Enrollments must be made in person at the studio at 1507 Bardstown Road.

**Pricing is good for new students to the Basics Series. Once a Basics Series is completed, students will need to purchase a class card. Class cards can be used for any class at Infinite Bliss, including the Basics Series.

Basics- the Infinite Bliss Beginner Series

Give a gift to a loved one or yourself to feel better from the inside out!  The basics series is perfect for beginners or anyone desiring to review or learn about the Anusara Universal Principles of Alignment.  This series will teach you the nuts and bolts of basic postures and encourage you to see that yoga is not just about the shape of your body, it’s about the shape of your life.

The series is 8 weeks for $108 and is good for new students to the Basics Series. Once a Basics Series is completed, students will need to purchase a class card. Class cards can be used for any class at Infinite Bliss, including the Basics Series.

Basics

Perfect for the beginner or anyone desiring a slow and informative alignment-based class. We cover the five Anusara Universal Principles of Alignment sequentially in an 8 week series.

All Levels

For students of all levels who are ready to experience a more fast-paced, flowing class with a few more challenging poses

Intermediate / Advanced

A 1.75 hour practice – for those who have a consistent practice and are ready for a challenge.  In this class, we break down the challenging poses into the basic alignment principles for an in-depth exploration.

Chair Yoga

In Chair Yoga, we include many different seated postures and stretches to improve joint mobility and muscle flexibility. We also stand using the chair as a prop so that we can work on balance and muscle strengthening. This class is designed for anyone but is also appropriate for those with Osteoporosis.  Movement is Medicine!

Prenatal + Postnatal

All Prenatal and Postnatal students are encouraged to attend the following classes:
– Therapeutic + Gentle classes where we move slower and take the time to modify for all student’s conditions.  See description below.
– Therapeutic Massage Ball Rolling – Pregnancy brings on all kinds of unique aches and discomforts.  This class will help naturally alleviate these symptoms and you move with greater ease!  See description below.
* Denise is certified in prenatal and postnatal and is also leads 200 Hour Anusara Teacher Trainings.

Therapeutic + Gentle

Gentle for those dealing with chronic pain/stiffness, osteoporosis, osteopenia, or acute injuries and for those desiring a slow/gentle practice- come learn how Anusara yoga can help you heal and feel better.

Therapeutic Massage Ball Rolling

In this class, we utilize Yoga Tune Up massage balls to roll out fascia, tight muscles, and stress-holding zones for a full body tune-up.  We also call this class Spa Yoga!
